What's pleasant about the experience is that the chefs are genuinely happy to talk to you, offering the same level of hospitality that made the Caicos Islands famous. They immediately make you feel at home, even while preparing high-quality dishes. It's like talking to an old friend.
As you might guess from its name, Provence by Eric is an almost exclusively French dinner service.
