Up to 10 guests can enjoy its full bar, the sunken fire pit, the exterior dining area, and pool tables beneath the shade. There is also a sun deck in the sand dunes, a hot tub built onto the pool, as well as access to kayaks, ensuring there's plenty to do for guests of all ages and proclivities.

There's service to go with that luxurious living, too, such as a full staff, including a butler and chef. All of this can make it much easier to enjoy spending time with your fellow guests in the open-plan living area, gourmet kitchen, dining area, and seating areas that blend the interior and exterior. There are four bedrooms on the bottom level, with two principal suites providing beach and ocean views, as well as two family rooms with custom bunk beds to ensure cozy sleep for all.

Meanwhile, the upstairs area provides a fantastic primary suite with luxurious hardwood floors and ceilings, both indoor and outdoor showers, as well as a private balcony that provides some of the very best views of the surrounding beach. Amenities make the best out of the space, including the separate prep kitchen where the chef carries out their work, a fully equipped gym with a Peloton bike, a massage room, and a media room, including a games table.
