On one of the more private parts of the coat, this property has been extended and renovated to ensure plenty of space to relax, play, and enjoy the views the environment has to offer.

Immediately, guests can see and access over 200 feet of beachfront, or simply enjoy the view from one of the many outdoor spaces, including a spacious pool surrounded by a hardwood deck, or a hammock grove where the shade provides just the right kind of peace for the ideal nap. When you want to relax indoors, away from the sun, you can still enjoy the brightness and views characteristic of the area, with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams bringing real Caribbean flavor to the modern that's otherwise present through the villa's design.

The second floor is the primary level for shared spaces, including the open-plan kitchen, living, dining, and study area, with wall-to-wall windows that ensure that you can always reach the best asset of the villa: its views of endless ocean views. For those who want to get comfy and cozy, there's a TV room below that can be reached by a spiral staircase. The covered terrace to the side of the great room provides excellent lounging space during the day, and after dark, you can climb up to the third-floor observation deck.
